Built by a family, for families

Hopstamp started with a simple realisation: every Europe trip in 2026 now involves 2–3 separate travel authorisations, and the existing services treat every traveller as a solo customer. Families end up filling out the same form four times.

Our story

Hopstamp is run by a small US-based team. The founder is a Certified Public Accountant who knows compliance and government processes inside out — and a parent who has personally bungled a family travel-doc deadline more than once.

We started Hopstamp after watching the EU's ETIAS launch slowly approach and realising that the existing visa-arbitrage sites treated this like a content SEO play rather than a service. Families with kids, dual citizens, and complex multi-country itineraries need real help — not a thin form wrapper.

What we promise

Three things we hold ourselves to:

• Transparency. The government fees are the government fees. Our service fee is shown upfront. We will never quietly inflate the price after you've started.
• Refund on denial. If we file your application and it's denied, we refund the service fee. We bear the risk of getting the paperwork right.
• Family-first design. Every feature we build is designed for a family with mixed passports, kids of all ages, and multiple trips per year. Solo travellers benefit too.

What we are not

We are not affiliated with the UK government, the EU, or any embassy. The UK ETA is issued by the UK Home Office for £16; ETIAS is issued by the European Commission for €20. Anyone can apply directly with these authorities — we charge a service fee for help with applications, error pre-checking, family bundling, and the refund guarantee.

We follow the official guidance. We do not promise approval, do not have any insider access, and do not bypass any review. We are a service layer that handles the form-filling and quality control for busy families.
